Direct Listing

Create a public booking page for each property — no separate website required. Add photos, property details and amenities, then publish a shareable 1Melo URL with your live booking calendar built in.

iCal calendar synchronization

Connect the iCal feed each marketplace gives you and 1Melo imports those reserved dates on a schedule. 1Melo publishes a feed of its own covering direct bookings, imported events and manual blocks, which you add back to the other platforms.

Availability and stay rules

A single calendar showing direct reservations, imported marketplace dates and any nights you block yourself. Minimum and maximum stays, advance notice and guest limits are enforced when somebody tries to book.

Rates, fees and taxes

Set a base nightly rate, then layer seasonal rates and per-date overrides on top. Add cleaning or pet fees and the taxes that apply, and every quote is itemised for the guest before they commit.

Reservation management

What 1Melo does not do

Clear expectations make for a better experience.

  • Calendar sync uses iCal—not marketplace APIs. 1Melo connects calendars through standard iCal feeds provided by major booking platforms. Because iCal updates periodically, changes are not instantaneous.
  • No Airbnb or Vrbo message sync. Guest messaging covers direct bookings made through 1Melo. Marketplace conversations stay in the marketplace.
  • No channel-manager rate push. 1Melo does not write your prices onto other platforms.
  • No affiliation with any marketplace. 1Melo is an independent product.
