No website needed. Publish a professional property page hosted by 1Melo with your photos, description, amenities and live booking calendar already included.

Use your website or use ours. Either way, your guests get a direct path to book with you — and both options run on the same availability, pricing, rental terms and booking system.
How it works
No migration project and no new website required. Add what you rent, connect the calendars you already use, and start taking bookings of your own.
Set up the listing details, stay rules and nightly rates once. Each property gets its own direct booking page.
Paste the iCal feed from each marketplace you list on, and publish 1Melo’s own feed back to them.
Publish a Direct Listing or embed the booking form on a site you already have. Availability, guests and messages stay in one place.
Imported marketplace dates, direct bookings and your own blocks on one calendar.
A booking page per property, plus a form you can embed on a site you already own.
A thread opens with every booking, so you can send arrival details before you are asked.
Your rates, your stay rules, your guest relationships — and your own booking channel.
Why a channel of your own
1Melo is designed to sit alongside the marketplaces, not to replace them. Keep the listings that fill your gaps, and give returning guests somewhere to book that belongs to you.
1Melo is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with any marketplace.
What you control
A marketplace listing rents out your property. A channel of your own changes how the business behind it runs — who guests pay, whose policies apply, and who they come back to.
Direct guests pay through your own payment setup, not a marketplace's payout schedule. Your payment provider still has its own rules, holds and dispute processes — but the account the money lands in is yours.
Your rental agreement, your cancellation and refund policies, your house rules. When something comes up, the starting point is what you and the guest agreed — not a one-size-fits-all marketplace process.
A direct guest is your customer. The contact details, the conversation and the next stay belong to your business, with nobody sitting permanently in between.
A guest who already knows your property does not need to be convinced — they need an easy way back. A booking page of your own is exactly that.
Marketplaces earn their fee by finding you new guests. Once somebody has stayed with you, a direct channel gives them another way to return.
Returning guests should remember your place and your name, not just the platform they found it on. Every direct booking builds recognition for your business, not somebody else's.
Airbnb and Vrbo can still be valuable discovery channels, and 1Melo is built to work alongside them. Use the marketplaces when they help you — just do not let them be the only way you can take a booking.
Create your account, add your first property, and see how a direct channel fits alongside the listings you already run.

Yes. 1Melo is designed to sit alongside the marketplaces rather than replace them. You keep listing wherever you like, and 1Melo gives you a direct channel of your own plus one place to see the availability behind all of it.
Through iCal. You paste the iCal feed each marketplace gives you, and 1Melo imports those reserved dates on a schedule. 1Melo also publishes an iCal feed of its own, covering direct bookings, imported events and any dates you block by hand, which you add back to the other platforms.
No, and no iCal-based tool is. iCal is a polling format: each platform fetches the other side on its own interval, so changes propagate in minutes to hours rather than instantly. 1Melo re-checks availability inside the booking transaction, so a direct booking cannot double-book dates it can see.
No. If you already have a website, you can embed the 1Melo booking form into it. If you do not, you can publish a Direct Listing for each property — a hosted page with your photos, description, amenities and booking calendar — and share its 1Melo link. Both use the same availability, pricing and booking settings, and setting it up is filling in a form, not writing code.
Yes, where you have connected a PayPal business account. Card details never touch 1Melo — the payment is completed on PayPal, and 1Melo records the result against the reservation. You can also take bookings without online payment and settle separately.
Every direct booking opens a message thread automatically, so you can send arrival instructions before a guest ever writes to you. Guests reply on a secure page of their own, and your whole team sees the same conversation.
1Melo is free for the first 30 days for up to two properties. After the trial, the first two properties are $59 per month. Each additional property is $45 per month. 1Melo does not charge a per-booking fee or take a percentage of your reservation value. Payment-provider processing fees are separate.
